SBI SimplyCLICK gives 10X reward points on a fixed set of partner brands — Amazon, BookMyShow, Cleartrip, and a few others — and 1X on everything else. Points can be redeemed for statement credit, gift vouchers, or other options. The catch: you must use the card on the partner’s website or app; third-party aggregators (e.g. Swiggy for a partner) often don’t count.

Reward structure

• Partner spends: 10X reward points (effective value depends on redemption; often in the 5–10% range when converted to statement credit or vouchers).
• Other spends: 1X reward points.
• Partners (check SBI Card website for latest list): Typically Amazon, BookMyShow, Cleartrip, and a rotating set of others. Confirm before you spend.

Points expiry and redemption rules apply; read the card’s terms for exact conversion (e.g. 1 point = ₹0.25 or similar for statement credit).

Fees and eligibility

• Joining / annual fee: Usually ₹499 year one and ₹499 annually; sometimes waived on spend.
• Eligibility: Salaried and self-employed; SBI’s income and profile norms. Easier than premium SBI cards.

Best use cases

1. Amazon — Shop on Amazon.in (not via other platforms) and pay with SimplyCLICK to get 10X. Stack with Amazon coupons and offers.
2. BookMyShow — Movie and event tickets booked on BookMyShow directly.
3. Cleartrip — Flights and hotels booked on Cleartrip. Compare with other travel cards if you book often.

If you don’t use these partners regularly, the 1X rate is weak; a flat cashback card like Millennia may give better value.

Stacking tips

• Always pay on the partner’s own site/app. Buying an Amazon voucher elsewhere and then shopping on Amazon usually doesn’t get 10X.
• Check the partner list every few months; SBI adds and removes brands. Missing a partner can mean 1X instead of 10X.
• For non-partner online spends, use another card (e.g. 5% cashback) instead of SimplyCLICK.

Bottom line

SimplyCLICK is strong only if your spend aligns with its partner list. If Amazon, BookMyShow, and Cleartrip are your mainstays, the 10X can beat a flat 5% cashback card. If not, prefer a general-purpose cashback or rewards card. Make every rupee count.
